Served on tap in a stemless teku
Appearance – The beer is served a super hazy orange-yellow color with a one finger head of dense white foam. The head holds on for quite some time, fading slowly and leaving a good deal of spiderweb lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is sweeter with notes of tangerine, apricot, peach and tropical fruits of mango and papaya. Along long with aromas comes some bready and oatmeal like smells mixed with a bit of melon and blueberry along with a hint of hay and a moderate showing of grapefruit and herb.
Taste – The taste begins with a sweet tropical fruit flavor of tangerine, papaya, and mango mixed with notes of some orange and a bit of peach. There is also a strong presence of malt with flavors of a bready and doughy nature. Along with the malt comes some rather raw hopped tastes with flavors of herb and grapefruit as well as some light melon and berry. As the taste advances the malt increases while the hop takes on more green and fresh notes. Toward the end, there is a bit of grass and notes of apple, leaving one with a moderately sweet and malty taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew was rather thick for a 6 % abv brew with a lower carbonation level. Made for a slower than anticipated sipper, although for the big malt, it was rather nice.
Overall – A heavy NEIPA with a big flavor.

Can pour. Smooth creamy head with excellent lacing and thin film cover and halo. Nose is peach, mango, slight citrus and slight resin. Taste continues but a much more prominent orange comes across. Reminded me of Aslin’s Double starfish re orange. Body is smooth but brightly carbonated as well…. That reduced smoothness at back of mouth.
Can was undated and maybe past fresh prime. There was considers particles floating and subsequently a murkier appearance and brown residue at bottom of glass during last third. If can conditioned it would have been good to know.
Regardless it was enjoyable NEIPA.

With what seems a simple hop regimen of only Galaxy and Mosiac hops, there's a tremendous amount of complexity that can be built with these two hops. Vitamin Sea brewers know that and are demonstrating it in the form of... get this, ...a New England IPA!
Station 4 starts with a creamy light golden pour, slightly taupe in its matte haze, and eventually rounding out with a creamy white meringue. A tantalizing fruity and herbal perfume greets the nose with tropical fruit, under ripened fruit, vinous scents, berry-like aromas, citrus and a general character of citronella. Sweeter and creamier with its first sip, the beer's palate introductions are of cereal, shortbread and agave.
As the creamy malts and grain settle onto the tastebuds, the hop flavors start their flavor display with a kick of white grapefruit and lime before trending tropical with under ripened mango, papaya, passionfruit and gooseberry. Slightly winey with white grape and honeydew, the beer eventually works through blackcurrant and kiwi before developing a smooth bitterness built around hop flavors of black tea, verbena, sassafras and cedar.
Medium bodied and drying just enough to ensure a crisp and dry palate to close. A malty-dry finish tends to side on the edge of bitterness before a medium-long aftertaste of hemp, herb and nearly gin-like botanicals.

Had a single draft at Vitamin Sea in Weymouth for about seven dollars. My seventh brew from these guys. Solid brew.

Pours a hazy orange with high, soft and soapy head.
Smell is juicy and sweet with some dank elements as well. Notes of peach juice, melon, mango, pineapple and a bit of grass.
Taset is juicy and soft, with a huge hoppiness. Slightly sweet and dank. Notes of peach, melon, papaya and orange. Soft bitterness and tremendously drinkable. No hop burn and terrific balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, an outstanding NE IPA.
