Collaboration with Divine Barrel Brewing, who visited us last summer and we talked about doing a future collab. With COVID happening we decided to go the virtual route and that’s where Perception was born. They originally released this beer a few weeks ago as the first part of this home and away collab. This beer is our collective take on a Coconut Key Lime Pie. We added a massive amount of Graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow, toasted coconut and key lime purée to create this refreshing dessert sour.
