We recently got together with our friends Equilibrium Brewing to brew another beer - this time upping the ante to a TIPA. We hopped this one with Citra, Mosaic, Wakatu and Galaxy.

I got a tall boy can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a smoothie hazy orangish with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had mild tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt base with ripe tropical fruit presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Hazy yellow/milky orange. Finger of head well retained before settling to a ring. Nose is heavy citrus. Taste continues heavy citrus, lots of dank and big blast of booze at the end. Solid mouthfeel, crisp but not too thin.
