Collaboration with Proclamation Ale Company
Our collaboration with Proclamation Ale Company was over a year in the making. Dave and his crew paid us a visit in late 2019 and the wheels started turning. We kept in touch, talked regularly and finally decided that we’d get together in January. We were excited to finally get to hang out again and then the unexpected happened. Dave was gone - Taken from his family, friends and the industry he loved so much. The decision was made to move forward with this beer after speaking with his wife, Lori, Brendan and Sam as that’s what he would’ve wanted. This is our collective toast to Dave. A good friend, gone too soon. Proceeds from the sale of this beer will be donated to his daughter Harper’s 529 plan.

8.7 abv hopped with Strata Rakau Ekuanot Lupmax
Poured from a can dated 2/12/21 yielded a butterscotch color and a thick fluffy head, dissipating to a thin veil and medium lacing. Slight sediment left on the bottom of the glass.
Aromas of dank citrus as in orange and nectarine
Taste is pithy citrus and a tad sweet and sticky
Mouthfeel is slightly astringent but mostly thick and smooth, low carbonation, and a slight lingering bite on the finish
Over all it's easy to drink, hides the alcohol well, and tasty

Great looking beer with good mouth feel. Double IPA packs a punch but goes down smooth

If you enjoy a fruit bomb, this is it. Masks the hoppiness with overwhelming citrus. Consistency is almost malty, creamy. Classic NE IPA. Very well balanced for the fruitiness they're going for. But if you prefer a more bitter DIPA, would suggest a different Vitamin Sea variety.

“Thanks Dino”
Canned 2.12, opened 3.2 poured into stemmed Schilling glass
Hazy deep orange liquid, solid one finger craggy off white foam cap, good retention, good lacings , settles to islands and a ring

Taste is citrus, orange , hint of earthiness
Mouthfeel is smooth, almost creamy, hop nibble gently lingers
Good beer
