Collaboration with Orono Brewing Company
The folks from Orono Brewing Company are some of our oldest friends in the biz. This smooth, easy drinking IPA is hopped with Galaxy, Mosaic and Strata. It embodies the great times that we’ve had and is symbolic of our friendship.

16oz undated can.
Pours cloudy gold with a two inch head of white. Persistent retention with plenty of spongy lacing. Pear, peach, light bubblegum in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft, fluffy mouthfeel. Unripe peach with pear on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Finishes juicy but dry.

16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours an opaque yellow gold color with a massive foamy white head. Very good retention with some nice cobwebs of clingy lacing.
The aroma is domimated by the strata hops up front, bringing notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, and herbal danksauce. There's a bit of pineapple before a wave of freshly mixed berries and spicy hop juice. Nicely done.
The taste is well-balanced, with tropical fruits, stone fruits, citrus and plenty of earthy, dank hop flavors. Even a bit of nuttiness om the finish. For a 6.8 NEIPA this one drinks big.
Full-bodied mouthfeel, creamy as hell with just a bit of hop burn. Seriously drinks like a DIPA.
Overall, this is definitely a great NEIPA that brings out the best in the hops being used. Strata can be a bit jarring for some people but it definitely works here. It's dank, but not overly so which is impressive since it's got a pretty gnarly dank hop combo of Mosaic and Strata. Definitely worth a try.
