750 bottle, poured into a duval snifter.
T pours, dark black, darker in the glass dark tan 2 finger head. Small bubbles
N cinnamon, leads the charge, hint of spice’m faint roast
T : start with strong cinnamon and then heat from the peppers kick in. A little dark roast then a little more heat.
F average carb not cloying more
O one of the better pepper beers I have had for a pastry style does not drink too sweet, well done and would drink again
