Collaboration with Kings Brewing Company
This time we did our take on a fruit cocktail cup. We took pineapple, cara cara orange, sweet cherry, peach, blueberry and some mango for good measure to make this fruit explosion.

The bottom of the can says “Fruit Cocktail,” which is an accurate description of this this beer and its flavor profile. It pours a murky raspberry-ish color with a raspberry-tinged tan colored head. The nose is fruit cocktail with the peach, cherry, and mango notes most welcome.
The mango and peach are the most prominent flavors on the taste, probably because I was looking for them, and they’re delicious. The mouthfeel isn’t quite as bright as I’d like in a sour, but overall, this beer works really well for me. Very well done.

think they used lactose to smooth things out
