Collaboration with Hop Butcher For The World
We utilized a Pilsner malt base with some fluffy oats and wheat to round out all the edges. We then took our first foray into mash hopping to impart some unique hop flavors and offer another layer of complexity to the beer. Cascade, Motueka and Galaxy are paired with a massive amount of Rakau to finish this one out.
