I got a tall boy can of this beer from Flight in Downtown Yorkville, Illinois whilst hanging with my Oswego Posse. It poured a hazy golden with white head that is leaving some nice lace. The scent had ripe citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle sweet malt base with ripe sweet citrus presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Looks like a cloudy and flaky apricot juice with a white hue. Slowly receding moderate head. Excellent 3D ring lace after each sip with rings streaks in between.
Equal proportions of earthiness and weeds to the nose.
There’s a fruit punch sweetness that wasn’t remotely part of the smell. The earthiness is stronger on the tongue than the weedy elements. Fine carbonation makes the rich body feel richer. The finish is more balanced than I expected, but it leaves a decent length bittersweet aftertaste.

I really enjoy Vitamin Sea’s offerings. This one does not disappoint! Typical hazy appearance with a muted amber hue. I’m not getting much in the way of smell. Some faint tropical fruit aroma. The taste is muted, too, but in a good way. Very enjoyable!
