Pours cloudy yellow with an inch-plus head of white. Lemon-drops and grapefruit in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Grapefruit pith and lemon zest on the palate. Finishes dry and pithy with minimal malt and a balancing bitterness.
