Vitamin Sea Brewing

Had a single draft at Salena in Plymouth, Massachusetts for twelve dollars. My thirteenth brew from these guys. Like most of their other beers, good, not great.

 

 

 

 

Brewers notes: This hazy IPA hopped with Nectaron delivers a tropical paradise in every sip. Bursting with luscious flavors of ripe passionfruit, golden pineapple, and juicy mango, As you take a sip, waves of citrus dance on your palate, with vibrant notes of grapefruit and tangy orange. A subtle sweetness reminiscent of peach and apricot adds depth and complexity to this tropical symphony. The resinous nature of Nectaron hops creates a velvety mouthfeel, leaving a pleasantly lingering bitterness that keeps you coming back for more.

Officiated a boys HS soccer state final , clippers 2- titans 1 , that has decided in the 10th round of penalty kicks …the crew opted for celebratory beers afterwards at the tinkers son

On draft poured into a snifter , hazy creamy orange capped by a soapy one finger white foam cap

Aroma is orange citrus

Taste is tangy orange citrus

Smooth , almost creamy ,soft

Good beer

 

 

Poured from a 16 oz can dated: 6/1/23 purchased from the brewery into a teku.

L- Light bright hazy golden.

S- Subtle fruit and mild hop notes.

T- Crisp, fresh citrus fruit flavor with a
light hop bite. Very refreshing.

F- Smooth mouthfeel with very fine
carbonation.

O- Another great IPA from Vitamin Sea!

 

 

Pours a hazy yellow with soft, thick head.

Smell is juicy and floral with some sweet hints. Notes of jasmine, citrus, mango, gooseberries and grapes.

Taste is juicy, peppery and spicy. Moderate bitterness and notes of grapes, gooseberries, grapefruit and dank melon with hints of licorice, grass and pine.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.

Overall, a terrific NE IPA.
