Picked up a 16 oz can from the G.B. Bottle Shop in Orlando 1-27-24 for i think $5.99. Canned 11-16-23; consumed 1-31-24.
Beer poured chilled gold with a very nice white head with the original pour.
Nose is nice, getting notes of pineapple and coconut.
Taste is a light pale malt base in which the hops give notes of pineapple, coconut, and mango. Finishes with a woody, piney, hop bite; 6/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and delightfully refreshing.
Overall lots of interesting flavors coming from the Talus hop. I can see why some people might not dig it so much. Glad i could try it!
