5.5 week old can poured into a tulip.
Pale-yellow-gold fluid with full haze and a bit of starchy murk. Looks like pineapple juice! Modest initial head of latte foam with minimal retention and and only a little splotchy lacing. Definitely fit the hazy part but doesn't really stand out from a look perspective.
Dank greens with just a little weed/green onion at play, which is lovely. Nice notes of sweet citrus juice and tropical fruits (mango, passionfruit, pineapple). A strong wine grape skin and grape vine presence. Full Nelson on display in all its glory. Not over the top but still a lovely pungency.
Pleasant bitter greens with some citrus pith and pine resin up front, followed by a lovely wave of fry tropical and citrus fruit juices with just a touch of sweetness for balance. Nice grapefruit twang on the finish. Wonderfully berries and grapes late. Definitely vineous, like the nose. Really wonderful for a drier 8% hazy.
Silky smooth and velvety (as all quality hazies are) but this one has a nice coating element to it -- not sticky or chewy, but still bathes the teeth and tongue in a way that lingers. Maybe a hair thin. Drinks easy.
