Our hazy IPA is hopped with Talus, Citra and Simcoe. Expect a burst of citrusy and tropical fruit aromas with hints of grapefruit, passion fruit and pineapple from the Citra and Simcoe hops. The Talus hops add additional notes of pink grapefruit, floral elements and subtle pine.

Grabbed a single at Cheers. Can refrigerated in store cooler; but dated 11/14/24. I bought early March 2025, refrigerated and drank today 3/17/2025 @ 38degreesF from a wide mouthed tulip.
Had a very attractive dense white creamy head that dissipated normally to a very nice surface film and white creamy halo. Soft yellow straw haze with just a hint of murkiness. Overall a very inviting pour. Nose only lightly evident but carried fruit, dank and malt. Taste was much more prominent. Promised Citra and Simcoe jumped out…and lesser back end dank rounded it nicely. Not conflicting at all. Grapefruit showed up as beer aired and warmed a bit. Passion fruit and definitely pineapple came more to the front as beer slightly warmed. Mouthfeel was a very nice smooth and soft carb brightness. Drank like a much bigger beer. The carb brightness was soft foam but really brought the dank out.
All in all a very well made tasty NEIPA. The months in the can did not seem to harm it all; maybe the aromas. Any greenness had long been absorbed and smoothed out. Would enjoy trying a fresh draft or fresher can…but just for comparison. I liked this beer a lot just as it was.
