Our märzen was allowed to lager for 4 weeks prior to kegging. This lends to a smoother profile and more enjoyable beer drinking experience. We use a combination of pilsner malt, Carapils, CaraRED, and Cara Amber to create a smooth and somewhat sweet beer, then add a touch of Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops for balance. A perfect fall beer, Prost!
