A collaboration with Howling Hops brewery. Brewed with the Howling Hops house London Fog yeast, we’ve used Idaho 7 + Strata hops for big hits of pine, peach and mango. We use a barley and wheat grist for a light hazy pale base and the lower attenuating yeast brings stone fruit esters and residual sweetness.

440ml can.
L: Hazy, pale yellow/gold with a thin, short-lived head and a few spots of lacing.
S: Big mango aroma.
T: Mango, lemon zest, chalk. Very light bitterness.
F: Not watery but very light. Soft mouthfeel.
O: A very low ABV APA. Lots of shortcomings as a consequence - very lightweight, very little mouthfeel, kind of parched - but it holds up ok, overall. Extra marks for delivering an acceptable American-style hazy for just 3%.
