Pillowy soft mouthfeel, low bitterness, lashings of Equanot and Simcoe. This New England inspired Pale Ale was brewed with 20% wheat and oats, soft water profile, double dry hopped during fermentation and used a low attenuating London ESB yeast.

Sep. 2020: 440 ml can, from Seven Cellars. ABV is 5%. Dry hops are Ekuanot and Mosaic. Cloudy and very pale yellow colour, large white head. Distinct and pleasant aroma of citrus fruits and spruce, hints of tropical fruits and pine. Dry flavour, citric and piney, but the bitterness is too moderate.
