This is a new local small brewery. I thought this Hefeweizen was pretty good.
Look: semi-clear light golden with a thick white head
Aroma: wheat, yeast, banana
Taste: the flavor is wheat crackers, banana, maybe clove, yeast, a bit milder but otherwise typical good Hefeweizen.
Feel: light to medium body
