Double Stars approaches the traditional malt base with a slight twist. Instead of using just oats and wheat, we focused on 3 kinds of wheat to give the beer more of a velvety and fluffy body. It’s brewed with malted wheat, raw wheat, and flaked wheat.
Hopped with delightful amounts of Idaho 7 and Vic Secret, this beer has a complex aroma of dank pineapple and mango that explodes out of your glass.
This 8% banger is slightly viscous with loads of body and softness. Double Stars is full of passionfruit, mango flesh and ripe pineapple, and is as juicy as can be.

This hazy looks good but is lacking in flavor, aroma and bitterness. The hop/malt ratio is off for my palate. To much malt and not enough fruit.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color and has some whitish hues. It poured with a half finger high white head that has good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface and thick lacing coating the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of grapefruit, mango and pineapple are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the grapefruit flavors are replaced with more of a general dankness. Only a light amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and quite juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I enjoyed the combination of dank and tropical fruit flavors in this New England IPA.

Cloudy, light orange with a half finger of creamy off-white head. Thick sheets of lacing.
Clementine pith, white wine, cut grass and herbs in the nose.
A short burst of juicy clementine and tangerine up front in the taste. A little toast shows mid-palate, followed by a strong — but still dull or blunted — grassy bitterness in the finish.
Creamy, smooth mouthfeel slow-building carbonation.
Very tasty, drinkable beverage.

Classic, if one can use this word now, New England IPA. Wonderfully fruity, citrusy. Flavors dance on your tongue!
Had it from tap into a small snifter.
Pale hazy yellow color good head and lacing. Pleasant flavors of grapefruit, orange and pineapple. Smooth taste and feel. Very nice beer!

Appearance: Arrives a cloudy honey color with a one finger head that leaves streaks of lacing
Smell: Papaya and lychee with a vinous white wine hint
Taste: Papaya and lychee forward with just a hint of the vinous white wine character; pithy blood orange bitterness through the middle with the bitterness lingering into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body; creamy with moderate carbonation
Overall: Juicy and well-balanced though just a bit raw and assertive for the style
