16oz pour at the brewery 2-21-20.
Pilsner dry-hopped with Comet.
Clean and clear, brilliant straw colored pilsner. 1/4" white head with decent retention and fresh lacing left behind.
Classic nose full of bread crust, cracker and spicy hops.
The hops hit hard in the flavor, grassy and herbal with a lingering persistent bitterness over a submissive pilsner malt base.
Crisp, clean, and refreshing. On the bitter end of the pilsner spectrum.
Good to very good.
High drinkability, turn the hops down slightly from 10 to 8 and it's a big winner to my palate.
