Double IPA with Azacca, Belma, and Comet
Azacca is found in Washington and was named for the Haitian god of agriculture. It’s known for its tropical fruit profile. And most of you been nerds know Comet, the juicy grapefruit-forward hop. It’s the Belma that really shines in this beer though. This hop is known for its intense strawberry, melon and orange flavors.

Pours a very cloudy golden yellow color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is mild and lacing is good. Has more of a melon aroma with mild grapefruit in there. Taste is the same. Definitely juicy. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
