Decent head production and retention. Opaque lemon-yellow body.
Nose is very pleasant and citrus-forward. The lemon and lime zest are notable, but they really blend with the hops quite well.
It tastes like a "normal" - albeit excellent - NE-style IIPA on the palate, with just a hint of the added zest, and very little salt. I'm unsure how one might pick up tortillas on the palate, but there is a slight dry graininess. Tasting notes skew citrus-forward, unsurprisingly, but this really just works, and very, very well.
