Jerzy is a Polish style lager brewed with Sybilla, Marynka and Lubelski hops that we had imported over from Karcizmiska, Poland. It is clean and fresh and has a gentle softness. There’s a pale, crackery body with a regal, deep hop finish.

L-Pours a pale straw body with nice bubbly effervescence throughout. A solid lacy head at the top.
S-Floral, fruity (peach is what I mainly grab), grainy, and a bit bready. Slightly sweet with a yeasty build. Malty and slightly funky as well.
T-Sweet and floral flavor with notes of pine and some slight citrus pith. Slight cracker and cracked pepper. Relatively strong, yet quick bitterness towards the end.
F-Crispy and bubbly mouthfeel. Light bodied with a crisp peppery finish.
O-Really well made. Refreshing, decently challenging, and rewarding Euro lager from one of the best brewing companies in DFW.
