Brewed with flaked yellow corn and Pilsner malt. The grain bill taste sneaks up on the back end in a really refreshing way! It was hopped with Magnum on the hot side and Motueka in the dry hop. Notes of Captain Crunch with a hint of lime. The yeast is from Mexico City and gives it a suuuper clean finish!

Clear, pale yellow body; excellent carbonation presence; huge head, white and billowy, long lasting. rocky. A gorgeous light floral bouquet; gently sweet and delicate; soft esters. Mild malt flavor with a mild to moderate hop bitterness; clean. Light body; lean and soft; light dryness throughout.
This is a very pleasing lager, light and crushable and brimming with some nuanced flavors and scents.
Pouring temperature: 38 °F; canning info: n/a
