This Japanese black rice lager is a collaboration with Ocelot Brewing. Making it in honor of the impending total eclipse, we wanted it to be as dark as possible. It’s tricky though. Just like this 4 minutes of eclipse will act like a faux night, this black lager looks much deeper and toastier than it is. It tastes fresh, and clean, and quenches beautifully.
