L-Pours a very dark brown beer with a solid two fingered head retention. Slight carbonation on the glass.
S-Nice aromas of roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, toffee, and caramel. Slight notes of bourbon barrel is there.
T-Follows the nose. Sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, and chocolate combine with notes of coffee and toffee. Very nice and well balanced.
F-Medium bodied for an imperial stout, solid carbonation through out.
O-A very well made imperial stout from Celestial. No surprise here.

Sweet chocolate and vanilla notes combine with coffee and toffee notes. Meanwhile the beer remains drinkable and light. A perfect amalgamation of flavor and consistency. A delicious beer that I would have again.
