Just like a painter layers in pigments onto a wet plaster surface when creating a fresco wall piece, we have layered in different sessions of hopping into this brand new west coast IPA: Fresco.
It’s crisp and quenching and has bold flavors of lemon zest, lemongrass, fresh cut grass and tangerine juice. This 7% beer has Rakau hop Kief and Strata hops. They give off juicy, dense, tropical resin in a really nice way and leave the sip finishing with the taste of gentle pine and pineapple candies.

L-Pours a golden pale ale beer with a frothy and rocky head. Lively carbonation throughout.
S- Yum. Papaya, pineapple, and mango up front. Peach, and pine follow. Nice green grassy notes at the end. Funky, earthiness at the backend.
T-Sweet, subtly bitter, and refreshing. Slightly citrusy and tropical, with nice notes of stonefruit coming in. Slight cranberry and apricot are there, too. Green towards the end. I get subtle notes of grapefruit as well. The sweetness is more malt forward and the bitterness is punchy, but not overly done.
F- Light-medium bodied beer.
O-The most west coast IPA thing about this beer is the mouthfeel and bitterness by a mile. When I think about west coast IPAs, I crave the piney, and citrusy punch. I get that in a bit of short supply here, but this beer is not a wonderful depiction of the style. This is more their take on the style. If I compared this beer to Sulpin there wouldn't be many similarities.
I can appreciate the craft, but not sure if I would have again
