RoboCop is a decadent, chocolate-forward 10% imperial stout. The color is a deep, dark brown- almost bordering on black due to a roasted chocolate malt grain we tried out via UK maltster @frenchjuppsmalting . We are loving the depth and the rich ganache flavors it’s adding, and the way it complements and enhances the cookie flavor.
The beer is slightly roasty, super velvety, and loaded with cookies and cream. It has a bold aroma of mocha and dark chocolate, its flavor has the unmistakable notes of the crumbly chocolate sandwich cookies and cream filling. The lingering taste on the tongue are rich fudge and chocolate milk flavors. (Don’t worry- no lactose though!!)
