Corporate Estate is an ultra unique, intensely flavorful little session IPA created with the Imperial Corporate yeast and the Crosby estate grown Comet CGX and deep cut Cascade hops.
The combination of the yeast and these hop products give a really crazy, dense vanilla/orange sponge cake aroma. There’s papaya, vanilla cream, a touch of black peppercorn, and a ton of overly tropical beach slush in the flavors. The super light and elegant body is a great backdrop to these BOLD flavors, bringing it down to a drinkable summer treat. It’s floral and herbal and the flavors unfold more and more with each sip you take.
The deep cut estate grown cascade has higher alpha than your typical cascade so the herbal floral aromas and flavors are elevated. This beer is VERY different than our typical hazies. It’s intricate and complex and a downright cool collaboration. We are all so surprised and excited about what the ingredients were able to produce. This is a must try if you’re interested in the first steps of beer: the intricacies of hop growth and yeast capabilities.

Gold pour, some haze, two fingers if fluffy foam. Nose is creamsicle and tropical.
Taste is bright citrus, bitey herbal, resin, spice, floral, light kilned malt, little wheatty side note, unripe mango. Tangy on the tongue. Finish is citrusy and peppery.
