This is our interpretation of a Sonoran style spice beer. We have created a true original inspired by traditional Irish Red Ales and local chile peppers. Brewed with fresh lime zest, lemon peel, and Chiltepins. These tiny, red, super-hot chilies have a marvelous flavor and are virtually synonymous with Sonoran culture and, for that matter, the Sonoran desert.

Pours a nice amber with smell of chiles, citrus zest, and earth. Taste follows suit. Quite spicy and I could see how it would be overpowering but I really thought it was unique and added a cool complexity. I liked it.

I realize it’s not my typical brew but even IF I am trying to be fair! I poured it down the drain.
