“Hefe” means yeast, “Weissbier” means white beer. Hefeweissbier is an unfiltered wheat beer with a cloudy appearance. Brewed with Organic Sonoran White Wheat grown right here in Marana by BKW Farms, this refreshing spring seasonal has slight yeasty, bready and banana flavors. It is very lightly hopped employing very little hop bitterness and is a very easy drinking, satisfying brew.
