Poured at around 5-6 degrees C.
In a straight glass.
Royal 3 finger off-white head small bubble carbation, not so visible.
Hazey dark yellow colourm bit Weissen-like.
Smell, some floral notes, bit of honey, some malts,
Taste: malts clearly there, some yeasty floral notes, sweetness not very clear a little salty and sulfurish, and fresh hoppy bitterness.
Mouthfeel dry, light to medium bodied, small bubble carbonation there, give a slightly creamy sensation.,
Overal, drinkable, fresh, value for money.

picked this up in the albert heijn in sint willebrord on my way to bergen op zoom; this brewery had a whole little section of the fridge dedicated to them, glassware for sale and all, so i figured they were a local brewery and picked up a bottle. sure enough, they’re from limburg, 100km’s away. anywho, this beer is not great, really not a whole lot going on at all, vague brown bread malt flavour, some caramel, some belgian-y yeast flavour but not much, a certain floral character to it, black pepper, maybe a little orange and lemon, but definitely some odd astringent flavours mixed in there also, light bitterness on the finish, light bodied with medium to high carbonation, bit beer soda-esque, it’s not terrible but it’s not good either

Bottle of 300 ml, at home, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 5.5%. Ingredients are water, barley, hops and yeast. Bottle fermented.
Pours a pale golden yellow colour, with a huge head of three fingers in height, unfortunately froathy in texture, so it goes down really really fast, leaving but a thin line around the glass and no lacing whatsoever. Only a bit hazy and little activity in the glass.
Nice fruity and hoppy aroma. Mostly berries aromas, such as white mulberries.
Taste is bitter and quite on the hoppy side.
Medium to thick on the body, average carbonation and dry on the palate.
Very highly drinkable, the low alcohol helps on that and the price was not that high. Will keep it in mind.
