Poured into a tall tulip pint glass: color is straw, translucent but not clear, head is off white/brighter white with fine to small bubbles, head presents 1.5 fingers thick then dissipates to thin top with some lacing on the glass sides.

Smell is feint crackery malt, some biscuit, light pilsner quality (grape nuts), earthy, herbal hop note but subdued.

Taste is similar - lighter flavors than anticipated, but the right style of components - biscuity, crackery malt, some pilsner qualities, earthy and herbal hops.

Mouthfeel is moderately carbed, low/moderate sweetness, lighter bitterness, creeping crisp bite on the tongue.

Overall a solid pils style but a little hazy, lighter flavor than standouts in the style.

Poured from pounder into a nonic pint. Can dated 20210105.

A: Hazed medium yellow with an un-invigorated/deep pour to make a 2mm white headed pour.

S: light cracker, some of the herbal Noble hops.

T: Follows nose. Slight crackeriness and straight up light Noble hops and then some lemongrass notes. Pleasant.

M: medium body for a Pils, slight dry midpalate then lightly chalkiness on ultimate finish.

O: pretty solid example of the style.
