Pours a dark ish orange with a short cap of soft foam. The head settles down and with a very small amount floating on top. The gives off a bright orange juice note when first poured, then on a second smell, I can smell orange zest and berries. The flavor has a big citrus profile with orange zest and grapefruit notes. There's an underlying bitterness that is just a bit pink. The flavors work well together. There's also some sweetness from the malt coming through. The beer has a soft palate and very light carbonation. This beer is well done.
