GameCraft Brewing

 

 

 

It finally happened... A brewery moved to Orange County that does CA proud. Seriously though, a giant void exists between Anaheim and Carlsbad that has finally been filled.

I heard rumblings that the brewer from Rip in HB (Dan K maker) was involved and had to check this place out. Needless to say (7 visits later in a three week span), Game Craft makes seriously good beer across all styles with pretty tasty food offerings.

GG EZ which is their go to suggestion is good in itself, but I really fell for Classic Mode and Supply Drop. Two world class IPAs. The stout and porter was also very good and I love the cans available for take home as well as Crowlers on stand by.

The environment is great, lots of nostalgia and makes me miss my old video game playing days. Yeah, I'm talking Nintendo, Sega Genesis vibes.

Having left Long Beach (tears for Beachwood...) and moving to OC one year ago it wasn't until GameCraft opened that my faith in humanity was restored. Ok, a bit much but you get the picture.

 

 

 

 

strip mall with a cool brewery. gamer themed brewery with chill people and an accessible vibe. high quality beer for such a specific genre. very worth a visit.
