We put our heads together with the game at Aegir Brewing Co. in Elk River, MN and came up with a recipe that pays tribute to this traditional beer style. Bohemian floor malted barley provide texture and flavor while authentic Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops create aromas and bitter finish lost on today's commercial examples.
