Presentation: Draft, served in a pilsner glass.
Appearance: It has a one and a half finger head that stays around for a while and leaves some good, patchy lacing. It has a slightly hazy dark amber/copper color.
Smell: It has a sweet aroma of fresh honey, brown sugar and dried fruit.
Taste: It's mostly sweet, malty and slightly fruity with notes of caramel, honey, raisins and a slightly bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Dry, smooth and medium bodied with medium-low carbonation.
Overall: A good amber ale that sets itself apart with a unique flavor profile within the style. It's a little bit too sweet though.
