On tap at the brewpub.
The appearance was a nice looking copper/amber semi-murky color with a slim cap of eggshell white foamy head. Some lace.
The aroma had the nuances of Centennial and Cascade up front meshing between grassy to piney and floral notes. Ever so slight clean biscuit malts underneath.
The flavor moderately presented the hoppiness in a semi-firm bitter fashion somewhat expected of a nice West coast style but still imparting plenty of cohesive malts. Slight aftertaste of biscuits and grassy to piney hops.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation and ABV. Bitterness seemed appropriate for an American IPA. Mild clean finish of grassy to piney hops.
Overall, nicely done American IPA worthy of coming back to if I could get it again.
