Pint can dated 7/22/22. Poured chilled into a snifter.
Unremarkable entrance, thin veil of foam, bubbles.,
Smell isn’t coffee, surprisingly, this being a ‘coffee stout’ and all., some cocoa, vanilla bean.,
Feel is dense for 10% ABV, little fizz.
Overall, this fresh stout doesn’t deliver in the promise of a ‘colada’ - a blast of sweet Cuban coffee - but is well enough made as an adjunt Stout that it’s hard to just dismiss it.
