The coffee is fine but the chocolate would have been better had it been dark chocolate. Tastes too sweet.

Solid black appearance with a lasting thin head
Medium light carbonation with an above average body.
Aroma is dry dark bakers chocolate, espresso, roasted malt.
Taste is very dry, reminds me of an Irish stout. Espresso and roasted espresso beans is prominent.
Fits the style well, very well done

From a 16 oz. can with a smudged best by date that says 06/something. Sampled Jan 1, 2023.
Deep dark brown to black appearance with a huge mocha colored he that slowly fades.
Inviting aroma of chocolate fudge, dark roast, dark bread, cream, and earthy sensations.
Smooth medium mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet and roasted with chocolate elements but a kind of tart or maybe moderate bitter end. Slightly warming. Low to no booze noted in aroma or taste.

Can from tfontana, thanks for the hookup!
Pours a dark black with a frothy mocha head that gently recedes. Aromas of roasted coffee with bits of chocolate and light pitted fruits. Flavor is earthy roasty with light chocolate but lots of sweet pitted fruits somewhat vinous. Really tasty stout.

Looks nice, tastes really really good, but almost no head when poured from the can. I'd get it again, but only on tap.
Taste is a little smoky with the proper nip of an Imperial.

Got this on tap and by the time it got served the head was pretty much gone. Otherwise it is dark brown in appearance.
Smells of coffee chocolate and malt. Tastes of roasted malt, chocolate and coffee with a bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation.
A simple but decent beer.
I would say that the two Omen beers in your database are the same beer.

Pours opaque, dark brown in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is bitter roasted malts, baker's chocolate, and light cream. Heavy bodied, low carbonation, bitter and roasty. Makes for a slightly above average, no frills American stout. Could do again or pass.

Unfortunately poured from a can though on the list that one would suspect is a tap list. Despite their lack of openness and pouring from a 16 oz can that costs $3.75 and charging me $4.99 for 10 ounces, the beer is decent.

On tap at the brewery. They listed it as an Imperial Stout but at 8.6%abv it's not over the top.
Smell and taste are very nice, well rounded toasted malts, dark chocolate and black roast.
Full bodied, smooth feel. Not too much bitterness, and low alcohol feel. Very drinkable.
Overall very nice! It's a bit deceptive, a strong stout or the low-end of the Imperial range.
Glad I tried it, wish I had grabbed some to go!

Off white giant thicker head, good lacing and retention, dark hazy brown color
Nose mild roast, dark cocoa and baking spices, roasty coffee, little nougat and cookie dough, hint of char but not acrid, light earthy spicy hops
Taste big malt, fluffy nougat, caramel, dark cocoa, little roast and coffee, quite roasty but not acrid, medium bitterness some from the roast and some earthy spicy hops, drier finish, no alcohol, spicy hop finish
Mouth is med to fuller bod, cranny fluffy, medium to lower carb, pretty much no alcohol
Overall pretty enjoyable imperial stout. I'll have to try more from this brewery
