Burnt gold and orange color. White foam, adequate and revealing.
Sweet pineapple, mango, booze and orange peels for the hop dominated nose.
Crisp, tangy citrus, pretty, pine/apple with sharp golden grains and wicked slices of sour earthy hops. Boom.
Long lace or foamy legs, slick malty after taste and feel. Strong, and sticky unfortunately in the finish.

A- Tallboy pour to a tulip glass with a moderately cloudy yellow-gold body. A cap peaks at an inch high with a thick and frothy texture and good retention. Large webs of lacing wrap around the glass after each sip.
S- Bright and you can sense the citrusy, slightly tart suggesting Kveik yeast right away. Kveik and hops comprise most of the aroma with notes of lemon/lime juice and zest, mango, citrus tartness, slight passionfruit, tropical fruits and clementine/tangerine.
T- The bright citrus qualities of both fruit juice and bitter zest carry through from the aroma and you get plenty of that unique Kveik tropical fruity yeast flavor throughout. No tartness as the nose hinted at, which is a weird phenomenon in itself but still plenty of fresh hops. Mango, tangerine, melon, bubble gum, onion, guava and floral hop notes. A light sweetness and a hint of crackery grains and oats.
MF- Luscious and silky smooth body for the ABV and style. Any agitation leads to a very creamy texture on the palate despite very high carbonation. Ends with a solid herbal, earthy bitterness.
Well done and glad to see a fairly new, very local brewery combining the power of hops and Kveik.
