Extremely large head, fills half of a pint glass, retention is good at about two fingers deep, clean white with an uneven surface, thin but long lacing. Full haze to the liquid, opaque if with a bright golden cast. The nose has excellent stiffness fueled by crisp leafy matter, pepper and saline notes, the white citrus element comes off as dry pith, not particularly fruity as if that would get in the way of the herbaceousness, mostly aprito to peach pit and skin, no flesh. Medium-bodied and closer to light than full. Rich foamy carbonation, enough so that flavors lose clarity during mouth entry. White grapefruit to mandarin orange a dominant factor. Here the fruit segues to pineapple, passion fruit and mango more than orchard fruit. Clean lines to the grassy dankness and plenty of retronasal marijuana leafiness. Appreciate the relative lack of sweetness without sacrificing overall flavor.
