This one is single hopped with Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Nelson is one of our favorite hops - it's familiar but super unique at the same time. We get notes of white wine, lychee, and a hint of passionfruit along with a neat peppery character we often get from Nelson. It's super clean and refreshing but wonderfully flavorful.

On tap at Blackback Pub in Waterbury, VT.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like spicy hops, grapefruit, white grape, passionfruit, and lime.
This is a very tasty expression of Nelson. There's a pleasant bitterness here, with lemon, lime, and passionfruit leading the way in the juicy hop territory. There's no real maltiness here.
This is light, juicy, and clean tasting, with a great drinkability.
Nelson remains one of my favorite hops. This is a wonderful example of it.
