A: Pours a relatively clear pale to medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint pale golden yellow + straw yellow + lemon yellow colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall sudsy bright white head that quickly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of moderate aromas of bready malts with a light hint of light fruit (apple + pear + white grape) sweetness and light to moderate aromas of spicy + grassy + herbal hops.
T: Upfront there are slightly heavier than moderate flavors of bready malts with a light hint of light fruit (apple + pear + white grape) sweetness. Light to moderate flavors of spicy + grassy + herbal hops which impart a light amount of lingering bitterness.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp. Relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a nicely crisp + clean. Enjoyable and pairs nicely with the seafood on offering.
