I think I would have enjoyed this beer better from draft. I think this beer suffered from poor bottling- it seemed a bit flat.
Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Nice dark amber color, almost no head or lacing. Some toffee smell, but somewhat subdued. Flavors of vanilla, toffee, butter scotch, and dark fruit. A bit sweet and boozy. Decent flavor but a bit thin. Disappointing.
