Appearance - Fine white small medium head. Decent to low retention. Decent lacing and stick. Clear medium to light gold body. Looks elegant. 4.5
Smell - Corn meal or rice. That bubbly gummy corn sweetness. No off notes. 4
Taste - Neutral. Grainy corn. That rice dryness. 4.5
Mouthfeel - Amazing texture. Extremely light and clean and delicate. Perfect balance. Neither astringent nor syrupy. Smooth and light. Gentle, in a word. 5
