TRIPLE IPA: 10.0% ABV, 80 ibu
Generously hopped with over 4 lbs per barrel of the choicest American hops from the Pacific Northwest. Originally designed to be brewed as a Double IPA, some slight miscalculations by our brewer led to a higher than intended ABV launching this beer to another dimension.
Malts: American 2-Row, CaraPils, Crystal 40L
Hops: Magnum, Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe

Served in 10 oz. glass at brewery - a "triple ipa" according to brewery:
Pours hazy, slightly murky orange amber with a head that disappears. Thin lacing sticks.
The smell is of a hint of citrus and tropical notes. Very mild for an Imperial IPA.
The taste is of sweet fruit - orange and tropical. Slight alcohol. General bitterness in the finish.
A bit thin for a "triple" IPA. Between scores but it is smooth, especially for the high abv level, so I bumped it up a bit.
Decent, a bit thin, alcohol is well-covered. A bit understated. But the main characteristics are there. MIxed feelings about this one - not loving it, but it works well enough.
