On-tap at brewery:
Pours brown with a thin head that leaves trailing lace.
The smell is of banana, a touch of clove. Cocoa.
The taste is mild, but pleasant. Banana/clove. some lightly toasted dark bread. Bubblegum (but not too sweet) in the finish.
Light-bodied. "Wasser" means "water", and while it is a bit thin, it is not Wassery (Watery). Could be creamier, though, but it works fine. It is easy drinking. Refreshing. Overall a solid take on a traditional interpretation of the style!
