On-tap at brewery:
Pours orange amber with a lasting thin white head that leaves rings of lacing down the glass.
The smell is of tropical fruits, lightly caramelized bread, and a hint of pine/resin.
The taste is of tropical fruits, especially mango. Balanced by a pale, grainy malt. Juicy, bittersweet balance.
It is smooth - on the lighter side of medium.
Well-balanced, fitting for an APA. It showcases the wonderfully tropical El Dorado hops well! Very enjoyable!
