On-tap at brewery:
Pours somewhat hazy/murky crimson to garnet. A thin head immediately becomes a wispy island. Some thin broken rings of lacing stick.
The smell is of toast with caramel in a traditional Irish Red style.
The taste is of caramel and burnt toast. Malty and toasty.
It has a firm medium bodied. Good carbonation level. Pretty smooth.
Hits the style well. A bit too toasty/burnt for me to love it, but I do like it.
